Privacy Policy — Quote Builder for Shopify

1. Overview Quote Builder (“the App”) is operated by Dellos Enterprises. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect When merchants install the App, we collect:

• Shopify store domain and access token (required to operate the app)
• Calculator configurations created by the merchant

When a store visitor submits a quote request, we process:

• Name (if provided)
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Selected calculator options and estimated total

3. How We Use Data

• Store domain and access token: used solely to read and write calculator configurations to your store
• Visitor contact details: used only to send the requested quote email to the visitor and a notification to the merchant. We do not store visitor data beyond what is needed to send the email.

4. Third Party Services We use Brevo (brevo.com) to send transactional emails. Visitor email addresses are passed to Brevo for this purpose. Brevo’s privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

5. Data Retention

• Calculator configurations are stored in your Shopify store as Metaobjects and are deleted when the App is uninstalled
• Session data used for authentication is deleted when the App is uninstalled

6. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties except Brevo as described above.

7. Merchant Rights You may request deletion of all data associated with your store by uninstalling the App or contacting us at hello@dellos.in.
